Founder of Stairs2Chairs, Weston Gehman was born with a disability called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Weston has been determined to bring positive change to individuals just like him based on his first-hand experience of living with a disability. This understanding separates him from most organizational founders. He recognized the need for an organization like Stairs2Chairs as a young child, as he was unable to enter certain facilities due to a lack of handicap accessible accommodations. Since graduating from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Weston has built the connections necessary to operate a successful organization.

Since graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Tyler has worked within his hometown community in order to secure much-needed funding for local projects. Serving as a director, Jon Lee has nearly a decade of experience as both a manager as well as a direct support professional working and advocating for individuals with special needs. Since graduating from Messiah College with a Bachelor‘s Degree in Psychology, Jon has used his education to give back to people in need. He served as a Behavior Technician Supervisor at The Vista School developing plans for students with disabilities to achieve their educational endeavors. Jon is currently working as a Client Services Manager at Bayada Home Health Care, ensuring their clientele receives adequate care.

The experience that Reilly has gained throughout running a successful organization (and through his own personal life) translates directly to the needs of Stairs2Chairs.
